  • Are there any chemicals in J. Alexandra Cosmetics?
    Gratefully no! All products are made from natural and organic ingredients. The ingredients in our products do not go under any chemical change.
  • Will J. Alexandra Cosmetics cause me to breakout?
    Our products are plant and nature-derived, and are created to be as gentle on and nourishing to the skin and hair as possible. Allergic reactions are rare but possible depending on what your body is allergic to. It is very important to read the ingredients before making your J. Alexandra Cosmetics purchases. If you suspect sensitivity to an ingredient, please conduct a patch test first, on a small area of your skin.
  • How long will J. Alexandra Cosmetics last?
    Depending on your purchase, products are meant to last you a minimum of 30 days. All products should be used with in 1 year of purchase, and keep tops and lids on products to ensure freshness. Keep your hands dry before placing hands in jars to avoid contact with water.
  • Are J. Alexandra Cosmetics tested on animals
    No ma'am, No sir. J. Alexandra Cosmetics are cruelty free.
  • Are J. Alexandra Cosmetics safe to use on babies or young children?
    Yes! Most products can be used on babies and young children. Any of our hair and skin butters and hair oils are safe to use on children.
  • Will my products solidfy if it melts?
    Yes it will. Since there are no perservatives in our butters, products will liquify if left in a hot temperatures. Leave your product in a room temperature environment and it will solidify.
