LOC'D and Loaded is our new Liquid, Oil, Cream, and Define Set. Our LOC'D method is a technique for moisturizing and defining hair strands after washing. It consists of hydrating the hair with water or a water-based product which is your liquid, adding in moisture with oil, applying a cream product to close and seal the hair cuticle which prevents moisture loss, and lastly, adding a defining cream to add definition to desired hair style.
